Military
The Military group known as Antidote patrol the city and guard the borders in the Outer Limit. They are a highly trained, elite group, all armed with various weapons. Every Antidote member has a gun called the N-67, which works kind of like a tranquilizer for superpowers; it cancels them out for about two hours. Each has their own views of Abnormals, but they all do their job. Keep all Lessers in, all others out. Most importantly: Keep order.
Genetic Abnormals
Genetic Abnormals got their powers from birth, which normally surfaced around puberty. The powers of a Genetic are usually average strength and control, but have the greatest potential, as they grow along with the person. The least likely of the three Abnormal classes to have a mutant side effect, such as wings, or some other change in appearance that doesn't usually affect one's powers.
Synthetic Abnormals
The result of a man-made experiment, Synthetic Abnormals usually receive their powers as soon as the procedure is complete. They have no potential to grow, are average power, but have the most control. The most likely of the three to have side effects. Some scientists tattoo serial numbers on their subjects.
Disastrous Abnormals
The result of an accident, Disastrous Anormals were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. They have an average rate of mutant side effects, no potential to grow, and the lowest control of the three. However, they are also the most powerful in terms of their power's intensity. These are by far the most dangerous.
