Brief Description:
Quiet and submissive are probably the two best words to describe Victoria. Due to her past and the violence inflicted upon her by her father, Tori is quick to do as she's told. She won't argue when a supervisor gives her an order, even if she isn't quite sure she can fulfill the job. She is very wary, often flinching when someone raises their hand or their voice.
Another word would be "gentle." Tori is a very kind, sweet person who abhors violence and would rather avoid it. She tries to calm a fight before they can start, especially if those involved are people she cares about. She speaks rather softly, and rarely tries to make eye contact. She's also picky about being touched.
Class: Genetic
Alignment: Neutral
Views: Neutral
Powers:
- Flight
- Healing
Weaknesses:
Tori's wings are very sensitive. If they are pulled or cut, she feels extreme pain. Her healing powers can restore her from the brink of death, but cannot bring her back from death; they can only heal others if she is in terrible fear for this person.
Mutations:
Tori has a pair of large, white-feathered wings (almost like an angel's) sticking out from her back. Unlike what most would expect, however, her wings are broken, dislocated from the joint and are missing several patches of feathers. They have also been cut and slashed, so there are pink scars all over the "bone" area.

Brief History:
Victoria was born into an abusive household. The youngest of four siblings, Victoria grew up watching her sisters an mother being knocked around. Up until she was six, Victoria was only locked in the closets (sometimes for hours) as punishments. After that, her father decided she was hold enough to handle his fists.
Victoria's mother was always a sickly woman, and became even moreso when Tori came around. When her husband started beating on them, she didn't bother attempting to stop him. He already had her brainwashed to believe that he was a very saintly man and that this was the only way to clease his daughters. Before too long, his son joined in.
When her sisters were old enough, Elizabeth and Sarah both took off, escaping their father and going off to start their own lives. Jackson stayed around, taking "lessons" from his father on how to keep women in line, and remind them of their place. For years, her father enforced the values his father had taught him when it came to God and the laws and fall of Man.
When Tori was fourteen, she starte experiencing back problems. Upon investigating, she realized wings were starting to appear. Knowing her father would call her a demon, she tried to run away from home, but her brother caught her and brought her back home. Like she expected, he threw his Bible at her. Literally.
Before he decided to use his fists.
When her wings finally grew in, her father took great pride in breaking the bones and ripping out feathers. Every day, however, the wounds would heal, and her wings would look as beautiful as ever. Eventually, he got the idea to dislocate her wings from her back, and did just that. Tori could no longer heal her wings.
When Adanac was built, her father decided that his daughter's soul was worth only a few thousand dollars. He sold his little girl to the government, and Tori was taken to Adanac. She woke up in her same home, just in a different place.
Tori has been walking around Adanac since then, sort of dazed and confused and just lost. She doesn't want to be there, or alive, but she knows she can't go home. So she just survives.
